⏩DIRECTIONS:
– Prepare dishes according to personal preferences or steep in warm water for consumption. Daily dosage is 4-8g.
– Steam powdered Radix Notoginseng with dishes (eggs, meat, etc.) or add to simmered dishes such as pigeon or pig heart, based on personal preferences.
– In slice form:
Consume 2 – 4 slices (equivalent to 4 – 8 g) by steeping them with approximately 200 ml of boiling water in a thermos, ready to drink after 30 minutes; can be steeped 2 – 3 times.
– In powdered form:
Consume 2 – 4 full tablespoons (equivalent to 4 – 8 g) mixed with approximately 100 ml of boiling water (can add a small amount of honey, depending on taste preference) and drink while warm.
